Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders for fresh flowers, plants, balloons, and custom-made floral arrangements cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or prepared for delivery.

Cancellations may be accepted only if requested within a short time after placing the order and before the order has been processed or prepared. Approval of cancellation is at our discretion.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at lalaflowerspattaya@gmail.com.

Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
