Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and plants, delivery times are strictly scheduled. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
