Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all fresh flowers, plants, balloons, and floral arrangements are considered perishable goods.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for fresh flowers, plants, balloons, or custom-made floral arrangements once they have been delivered.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lalaflowerspattaya@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Late notifications may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Fresh flowers and plants
  • Balloons
  • Custom or made-to-order floral arrangements
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for perishable goods. If an issue is approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
