These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products and services, including flowers sold under the BITE brand. By using the website or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that all information you provide when ordering is current and accurate.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The order is accepted once we have confirmed it by email or by a message from our manager. We reserve the right to decline an order without giving a reason; if payment has already been received and the order is not accepted, we will refund it in full.

3. Unacceptable content

We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil an order if its content is unacceptable: for example, if the card message contains insults, threats or obscenities or breaks the law. In that case we will offer to change the message or to deliver the order without a card. If the customer does not agree, we cancel the order and refund the payment under the cancellation rules: in full if preparation has not yet started.

4. Orders via messengers and in the shop

Orders placed via Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or in the shop are subject to the same terms as orders placed on the website. By paying for an order, the customer confirms that they agree to these Terms, the Delivery Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Product information and photos

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions and images are error-free. Photos on the website are examples: fresh flowers may differ slightly in shade, size and openness. Descriptions and the product range may change without notice.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are set in Thai baht and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated. When you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at the rate at the time of payment; the terms for refunding such payments are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Delivery

Our Delivery Policy is a separate document and forms part of these Terms. It covers delivery times and fees, surprise deliveries and what happens if delivery fails. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. By placing or paying for an order, you agree to be bound by it.

9. Privacy and confidentiality

The customer’s and the recipient’s details are confidential: we use them only to fulfil the order and do not share them with anyone without the consent of the person they belong to. Details are set out in the Delivery Policy and the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of such sites.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products and services.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. You and ALL EVENTS HERE Company Limited consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
